The first problem with that idea is - whilst its a good one  - some people 
aren't prepared to pay for good ideas if you get my drift <smile>.

Anyway I was going to make a suggestion to uses of Exact Audio Copy to make 
things a little less complex as setting up an external FLAC encoder - whilst 
most beneficial if you're prepared to take 30 seconds to do it - might be seen 
as a mind mangling task so there are alternatives, rip all your files to Wave 
format and then use something like Switch Audio File Converter or even Easy CD 
Converter to convert the wave files to FLAC.
