Applian's Replay Telecorder has just two menus. File and Help. alt+f and alt+h.
I used JAWS 14. They have 30 day money back guarantee.
To set Telecorder to start recording every Skype call you go into its Help Menu.
To do manual Skype recordings you go to its File menu and choose start
recording.
I prefer the automatic recording method.
Records in MP3 format.
Read its user guide.
