Hello. Which editor provides not only equalizer functions but also speed adjustment? I don't mean speed correction for making something read faster like an algorithm for speed reading, but one which will change the pitch as in the case of old cassettes running a shade too slow, etc. Also, equalizer functions to brighten up old tapes as well is needed. Does wave pad, and the cheaper version of Sound forge, (is that sound studio)? and Audacity? do that? thanks!
