Yes, they do have bass. If you like very bright clear and crisp, you will probably like these phones. I was a real headphone junky a while back and have spent all kinds of mony on different phones and the Grado sr60 are one of a kind with a very unique and distinct sound which is why they have a real following. Some folks really like that ear bleeding type of sound.
