Yes!  That's the program I've been trying to think of; I think it's now
probably better than that Free You Tube (or whatevwer that other one is
called!  That one used to be good, but the last time I fooled with it, I
found they had changed something and I couldn't get it to work like I wanted
to!

Get the free program called Freemake Video Converter. It uses menus and 
dialogs and will do what you want.
