I can rip CD's in Winamp free, but not to mp3. They rip to m4a.

I use Winamp. Don't know about Express Rip, but CDex is lousy at tagging.
Winamp is better at that.

I've just purchased a number of old-time radio shows on cd. I want

I have Nero burning Rom, but I can't find an option to copy a CD
onto my computer. I've done this with XP, but am now using
