Hello Joe. Perhaps the USB port on your stream has failed. You could purchase a card reader and download your books onto your storage card. Otherwise, you may have to send your stream in for repair or even purchase a new one depending on the repair costs. I'm sorry that this has happened to you. Unfortunately, these devices don't last indefinitely.
