I emailed them at the same time I sent to the list. As I recall we have discussed these issues with them before, but they seem to be as stumped as we are.

It will restart the hour instead and play until it's time for the ID. We did find several files in the top-ups folder that were not audio files, and we removed them. It still doesn't work. The other problem is that every once in a while Studio and/or Creator starts to think it's the wrong day. For example, it will play Friday's programs on Thursday. At midnight it puts itself right again, but this is annoying. Our clock settings in the computer are correct. I'd appreciate any ideas you may have to help resolve these problems.
