I have heard the latest version is accessible not the earlier ones but
the latest one is supposed to be accessible where it wasn't before.

Is Sam Broadcaster useable by VIPs and is there anyone on here that uses it to
broadcast or run a station. Not just Sam Encoders, I mean the full blown
program.
