Hi Ray. Well not knowing exactly what difficulties you are having and not knowing what part of the world you are in I can only let you know my situation. I am in the UK and I'm using Win7 64bit with JAWS 13. When I go to www.amazon.co.uk/cloudplayer I must sign in and once I've done that I then can tab or arrow down and I get all the information that is there. I am told how many tracks are in my cloud player, how many more I can add (my purchased tracks are not added to my total, only tracks I import and I've not done that). I am also told how many genres are in my cloud player, how many artists, albums etc. I can creat play lists or search for a particular track or album and I can either choose to play or download them or only selected tracks. I did have trouble at first trying to download because it seemed I had to go into my tools menu and enable download alerts and once I did that all went fine. From where I stand at the moment I find the Amazon cloud player completely accessible. After I send this mail I'm going to try www.amazon.com/cloudplayer and see if I still get complete access. If you are not in the UK and are trying to download from the UK site then i can understand it not allowing this due to boundary restrictions. I do know if I go to the amazon.com site and try to purchase mp3 files, it won't let me. Walter.

Also I got a rather uninformative error message when I tried to download the audio and the thing kept wanting me to sign to amazon.co.uk Ray T. What's wrong with it? I admit I've not used it extensively but I have been able to play music and have downloaded files from it. I have never uploaded files from my system to it though.
