try looking at the audioquest Dragonfly. It's a usb digital audio converter in one unit. Should be able to find it with google easily. They are available (usb DACs) at all price levels though. The Audioquest is one of the cheaper ones at about $250. Don't cheap outon them much more than that or you may as well stick with your sound card.
