Hi I have just got a microphone to use with skyp and windows 7 pro, I plugged it in but on testing it with sound recorder, I have no sounds coming out, is there a volume setting somewhere? I know the mike works ok as I tested it on my victor stream. On my pc there is a flap at the front and in there are a headphone and mike connection, if I plug the mike in to the earphone socket the main pc speakers stop working so I know I have it in the correct jack.
