Suggest you try the Any DVD/Clone DVD combination.

Clone DVD is the copying software while Any DVD makes sure you can copy the DVD.

The Clone DVD interface presents a series of pages where you tab from control to control. Some use of the review cursor (mouse cursor) is needed but it is usually obvious what has to be clicked on.

Clone DVD now allows you to copy blue ray DVDs or step blue ray down to normal DVD.

It also allows you to copy one or all the titles on a disk.

There is a small charge for the software but it is well worth it.

Have a look at the page:

Any DVD and Clone DVD have been around for about 10 years which is more than can be said for a lot of other programs.
