Hi.  I had a similar problem around 6 months ago.  To get around the problem
I used Switch to  convert the m4a file to mp3 and it worked.  Walter.

hello, recently i was given a pen drive on which there were 21 m4.a  files, 
i want to change them in to mp3 files, sound forge won't do it for me as it 
doesn't see them, i have windows seven and media player classic, i'm told i
