accessible tv viewing applications with jaws

hi list are there any accessible legal apps to view tv on my pc i 
specifically want to no  weather there are any apps that work with jaws 
12. i have found a lot of apps but there are mostly rippoffs. i dont 
mind spending a little money so if anyone o this list has any 
suggestions please let me no.
