I haven't pulled up Sound Taxi with JFW 13, but I did use it with earlier versions of JAWS. It required a little bit of JAWS cursoring, but it was pretty straight forward. Also, once it's set up, it's pretty much hands free. For example, when I brought up Sound Taxi, it would default to the right directories, load the files in the source directory, and all I'd have to do is just hit the convert button.
