In my opinion no!
I'm a JAWS user and Spotify is somewhat usable with the JAWS cursor and
some built in keyboard shortcuts but it's a pain to use.
Personally I don't care that much about the Spotify PC client since I used
it on my Sonos and iPhone.
I used to be a Spotify Premium subscriber but lately I have experienced
quite a lot of problems streaming from Spotify on my Sonos system.
Apparently I'm not a lone and I read a thread were people experienced the
same as me and that they have contacted Spotify but received no response.
So after a lot of streaming problems, accessibility issues I finally said
goodbye and cancelled my subscription.

Spotify isn't accessable with any screen reader in my oppinion.
I prefer Tappin Radio.
I also use Jaws Demos, and I am purchasing System Access.
If JFW had a payment plan, I would have Purchased it.
