Alt-O, down-arrow once to Recording Source and parameters, tab to Advanced (Recording source should be at "Software"), Check the checkbox "Record also input stream (InternetTelephony only)," you can then select if you want each voice in a different channel or not, tab to OK, then tab to "Recording format change" if you want to change the recording format, say to MP3, then go to OK and give the format a name, which you will use next time.
