Thanks, so I take it using audio repeater for example I set virtual
cable 1 as input and the real sound card as output? Then in the
streaming application set it to use cable 1 as output? Just want
clarification because I understand the concept but so far when I tried
this with NVDA using cable 1 as both input and output then getting NVDA
to use cable 1 I didn't get any sound even though the audio repeater was
running.

Subject: Question about virtual audio cable
If one uses the driver as a recording source, could one record internet
streams without the speech mixing into it? I know this is an issue for some
particularly on Windows Vista and later and do not wish to use an external
sound card. As far as I can see I know this can be done with Virtual Audio
Streaming simply by setting the playback device to the virtual card in the
application where the stream is to be played.
