As long as you have the hidden Audible activation file on your computer and portable devices, you should be able to play your books. I keep a copy of mine from the BookSense in case it gets destroyed during an update.

If you really want to know about your rights to access your books after terminating your subscription, you could ask their customer service.

Agreed. I currently use audible and if in the future I want to stop using their services, I will not be able to read my books.

There is always someone who has to be a stick in the mud.
I figure once something is purchased, it is ours to do with as we see fit.
