Hi Bob, thank you. I managed to solve the problem just after I sent the email, but now when I talk into the microphone and listen on headphones, I get latency, even when the Window-Eyes speech is playing through the microphone, and that is really destracting when I'm trying to talk into the microphone.

There are two Yetis the Ultimate professional which is an all purpose microphone and the snowball which is a little cheaper and is mainly used for speech work. Both microphones are of excellent quality. Go to information radio, and arrow down until you hear thunder bay, and click on listen now. You will definitely hear the difference between the Yeti and a regular headset microphone combo.
