Vinny - The web address I sent you is what you want to use, as it is shown, exactly. I ran the installation of the program I have, which works fine, and then ran through the entire setup to verify it. The web address is what is displayed when the download box is up on the desktop. All you have to do is copy the link I sent to you into the address bar. When you click 'Enter', the download for the mp3 direct cut should come up. Guy Mallard
