I have a premium account on Digitally imported which also include Sky.fm channels. When I log on to my account I can go to favorites and download a playlist for all the channels. Then I just load my .M3u playlist and i can switch between channels by using B and Z keys like when I'm playing multiple files in a folder. Don't know if the same feature is avaible if you log on via skyp.fm. On Digitally Imported it is also posible to choose which channel s you want to have on the playlist.
