hi list,
So I downloaded and installed the shoutcast dspplugin, but I am not sure
how to keep it open in winamp. If the window is closed then the plugin
doesn't work. Well, in order to access the plugin every time I have to
do a control k from the main winamp window and then arrow down one to
dsp and the plugin pops up. That's all well and good but if I alt-tab
out of the winamp window and come back, I have to repeat the process
again. Is there maybe a better program to stream to shoutcast with?

Hi,
There are many ways to stream audio over the net.
First of all, you can setup a Shoutcast server and stream it using a
Shoutcast program.
Shoutcast server:

If not you can tweet it to one another if you are using Twitter with the
Qwitter client.

Even streaming from Skype isn't that bad if you have SterioMix
Or why not setup a Dropbox shared folder, any music you put in the
folder, will be visible to your friend..

Hope I helped, if you have questions regarding the methods, please
contact me.
Kind regards

Subject: streaming audio to another person
Hi gang,
Does anyone have suggestions for how I could stream music to a friend so
we can discuss it? I can't really find anything that is accessible, was
looking at something to transfer audio over skype but it wouldn't be
great quality. any help is appreciated.
