Dave, Both Audition and Sound Forge can change the phase of an audio chanel. I took advantage of it in Audition and don't think that the title of the option was obvious, though. As I recall, I had to select one channel for processing and then select all in audition. I don't have access to Audition any more but can try to get more specifics with Sound Forge if that is helpful.
