It sounds like you're saying that when you adjust the volume of your PC, you're lowering the volume of both your music and your screen reader. It sounds like you want to lower the volume of the music while not lowering the volume of your screen reader. Is this the case?
In order to know how to help you, we'll need to know what screen reader you're using and what program you're using to listen to your music. Knowing the OS you're using may also help.
