Ok, you need to use the system access screen reader, to get to the button to select your output location. as for the config for the mp3 that is found in the advanced button.

Where does one start. Firstly I cannot for the life of me work out how the hell you're supposed to select your output directory. Next, all the extra configuration options for the MP3 format for example don't seem to be avaiable any longer.
