Screamer Radio would certainly belong on the list of Internet Radio
programs. Both TapinRadio and RadioSure that I mentioned also let you
record the streams. I tried Screamer Radio and it was very accessible
but the other two programs I mentioned have a much larger number of
stations and are still being developed. I've only tried these programs
with NVDA and Window-Eyes but they'd probably work well with JAWS as
well.

I always use it, because you can as well listen as record the streams
without Jaws or any other sounds interfering.
I don't think it is updated anymore, but you can add your own
favourites and urls.
