I phoned Sirius/XM and gave them a piece of my mind. I did it in a nice way. The gentleman Paul for whom I spoke to is making a note about the inaccessibility of there player. Hope something gets done. Just cancel your online account. That is what I had to do. I'm not a happy camper. Wish these companies would leave the sites alone.
