Thanks Dane and listers for your help.

This is another question which I'd like to have your help for:

I am about to buy a Mac, but I am not sure which one: Mac Mini? iMac? or Macbook?
It is mainly for audio production.
So, can I have your thoughts or suggestions please?
Thank you.

Hatch.

I ust wonder whether you might not be better off with a "Stand-Alone" unit such as the Zoom video version of the Zoom H1/ From what I've read from various reviews its an outstanding video recorder at a very good value for money price and you get all the audio quality that Zoom is famous for built-in .

As far as TV goes, there's always WMC. Windows Media Center. As far as pod casts go, the only thing I can think of is just asking the podcaster if he
or she would be so kind as to give you a coppy of the file.

Hi listers,

I appologise if this is not the list to ask this question.
Perhaps you can direct me where to post.

I often listen to a TV or live show and wish I could record it, for whatever
interesting bits or info it contains.
Do you know of any program to record this kind of show?
Thanks very much.

Hatch.
