Are you thinking of doing this digitally or with audio tape? If digitally, you
could record using the 33 1/3 and then reduce the speed using a program like
Goldwave or Sound Forge.

Subject: A strange request

Hi Gang,

I have a need to copy something from an old 16rpm talking book
disc. I only have 33 rpm. Does anybody know where I can buy or
borrow an old machine that will play the 16rpm discs? That's going
way back in technology for sure.
Thanks for any info.
