Hi I did some checking about serato.
It's from newzeland, it's a two piece system.
The electronic part is called rain, whitch is an interface that connects via usb2 cable.
also a system is any where from 800 to 1400 dolars us.
also it seems to be designed more for mac users than pc users.
That's all I can tell you so far.

I'm kind of interested in this stuff too. I'll check out Station Playlist, but what I do have is winamp + shoutcast. I haven't played with it much, but how does anyone find working with it for radio/DJing purposes? It's going to be a bit of a switch for me as I'm used to doing it old-school with a mixing board in a booth, with nice faders and everything to play with. probably why I've been hesitant up until now...

I assume that Serado is some kind of a computer controlled automation and playout system. I never heard of it but there is a system that is extremely
blind-friendly called Station Playlist Studio.  Check out
