Hi Ken. Thanks for the reply. I actually am using Audacity. When I import the audio for the accompaniment and then lay down the vocal track, that track ends up recording whatever I hear unless I turn off the part of the mixer that monitors my mic. I don't really mind doing that very much, but I think I would make a better recording if I could monitor.
Tony Hernandez http://dutyofman.net/ Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. Another aproach is to get some help using the mixer option in sound forge or probably goldwave has that also. good lluck ----- Original Message ----- From: "Tony Hernandez" <tonyhspe...@gmail.com> To: <pc-audio@pc-audio.org> Sent: Friday, February 18, 2011 6:20 AM Subject: intro and the inevitable question re: making a musical recording withthe Behringer Podcastudio USB > Hi everyone. > > > > My name is Tony.
