GW Toolkit Version 8.3 is required for this release. Made the Listener Statistics key global. Added more friendly prompts in the Studio Options dialogs to make Studio setup much easier. Repaired a bug in the MoveCustomMessagesToHelpDictionary function. This is code that moves custom messages defined by the user into the help text of the Studio script. Fixed an issue with editing the Warning Sound File in the preferences dialog. Made minor corrections to the manual.
