cheapest olympus with voice guidance

Hi all
 
A friend of mine is looking for an accessible digital recorder  to make
voice recordings of lectures.  She will not use it very often so she wants
something cheap but with reasonable quality and from which she can transfer
files  to her computer.
 
What is the smallest olympus with voice guidance presently on the market?
