Replay Music

I do not have Windows 7 here but I can tell you that it does work Replay 
Music. Try

Use the Rhapsody website and not the Rhapsody software when trying to 
record.

Turn off your User Account Control temporarily and then try to record.

Try using Firefox browser if you have it on your system.
