Hi. I don't have windows 7, but I'm using the card you asked about. Its one of the best consumer cards out there. I thought it was discontinued last year but if you can still get it, I think you'll like it. The other suggestion about getting a digital mixing board though, is a good one and may suit you even better. Take care, Joe.
