It does work, if you try to understand it, Joe! So, read it over, until it sinks in, then try what it says to do; what you are describing is different, believe me. At that point I hit the enter key and Jaws says, "you must first have the media library installed to edit bookmarks" and there's an OK button. I do have the media library installed and checked.
