Brett, You need to know how to do the "Save Target", "Maximize your browser" thingy, to get Rick's podcasts. He gives a little note, at the beginning of his Audio section, in the Blind Geek Zone and I just downloaded both Parts One and Two of the tutorial! It's not all that easy to do, but it's not that hard. You also might need to have a destination, for the mp3 files, to go to. I have had some trouble, in the past with such things, but this one worked fine for me!
