Think it already said to put it into mp3 and don't see a .cab file. It has a
list of shows that I tried to record but you can't do anything with them. I
know I'm missing something.

ok, with the .cap file rename it to wma and it hshould play did you choose
the style of recording method you wanted to record in such as mp3?
