adobe audition

hello friends, a quick question, is adobe audition blind friendly, some of my 
sighted audio friends are using it, it is also being used at the radio station 
with which i am involved, i might think of purchasing it if i thought it was 
blind friendly, any help will be really appreciated  regards  from ireland,
