I finally figured it out. I found the manual online but it didn't have
anything about the audio capture.
If you want to record a stream like an online station you can play the
station then turn on the audio capture. Set the settings but don't check
the
box to have it start automatically. Just enter on the start button and it
wil start recording.
If you have a stream that is a certain length rather than an online
station
open the audio capture, set it up plus check the box fo r it to start
automaticallly. then hit cancel. Then when you start the definite stream
the
audio capture will come up. There you can see what title it gives it plus
all the other info. It will also stop automatically at the end of the
stream.

I haven't had any better luck with it.
Foobar2000 can capture audio with a great result as far as i can tell.
Though it doesn't have any audio capture feature, you have to use the
converter to do it.

Has anyone used this feature in GOM Player? I can tab through and hit the
start button but that screen stays up. I have to close it to go back to
the
player to play the stream. And when I tried that I heard nothing. There is
a
forum which I can't figure out on the web site but no help files that I
know
of.
