Hi all. Well, I am trying to register the latest version of Goldwave and it seems that no matter what I do I just keep getting an error message after trying to enter the user id and license info into the boxes and pressing the "OK" button. I've tried EVERY way that I can think of including holding the shift key down when entering the letters because acording to my Jaws, the letters are upper case and some of the letters can't be entered this way for some reason. I have also tried turning "capslock on" but to no avail. I also tried to copy and paste the letters and numbers from the email itself but again, NO joy. I do NOT have sighted help available so I'm hoping I didn't waste $20 for the license. If any of you know of a trick to get the numbers/letters enter correctly I would REALLLLLY appreciate it cuz I'm going CRAZY trying to figure this out and thanks SOOOOO much in advance.
