you do get to speak to someone, you won't get a lot of joy, just a load of
guesses.
The support I've received from Edirol has been exemplary. OK, so the card
I
have is an expensive one, but every time I've asked for support, the
instructions as to what to do have always been correct, and I've always
received an answer within 24 hours.

The reason I am asking is because I am looking in to getting a new

you should research different versions of creative, because the version i
have is accessible. but it came with software. the version i have retails
for i think around $199 range.

really think we need to boycott Creative as their no good foreign tech
support has been worse than useless. There is no answer at the
corporate
office so I am unable to lodge a complaint anywhere that anyone will
listen
to. This company should dry up and die. Go back to Singapore and
