High Robert,
The best way to make that happen is, uninstalling and reinstalling Winamp.
That's how I always got it to work for me.
If there is a setting for this, I don't know where it is or what it is.

Is there a way to get jaws to announce the track when it switches tracks?
I've noticed that on some of my computers it does it automatically but not
on others.
