I am in need of a MP3 tag program that is either a portable ap or a stand alone that will alow me to tag mp3 files. plus rename the outside of the files at the same time. can anyone please help me out? if so can you tell me the name of the program, and the URL to get it from? Plus would need it to be blind friendly!
