I may be wrong here, but I don't think there's anything in these steps that
are JAWS unique. They should work with any screen reader.

If you want to create a playlist in Windows Media Player, just select the
songs you want and (if using JAWS) press either the Applications Key or the
Right Mouse Button and select the option taht says: "Add to Windows Media
Player List."
