no it won't I have tried it. Like I say the error sound is very quick so the
tuner doesn't seem to try to connect at all. I willsee if installing the
full version of winamp will work better..

That's Winamp 5.56.
But any how, see if the tuner will play in Windows Media Player.
If it does, then, the problem could be a missing plug in that Winamp needs
to have and order to play the CB radio tuner.

I have sense run the system file checker to replace any missing files. By
the way I am running the latest version of winamp version 5.6 I think.>

Alternatively, try one of the other two players the Tuner Supports, by
selecting it from the Player option, on the
Options menu.
If it still doesn't work please contact technical support for further
details.
