These aren't the newest tutorials, but they should help. 
I don't use Window Eyes, but perhaps these tutorials will also work with
Window 
Eyes. 
I also have a Microsoft Word document of shortcut keys for Audacity. If you

because I don't know if we are able to send attachments on this list.
