is there any player which can help to jump any specific place in a long audio or will start from the last point after shutting down and and when restarting again?

dear list, 
very often i need to listen long audio. in this case i am facing difficulty 
because after listening the audio when i turn off my computerand i want listen 
another time, i cant not go to the certain point. i would be grateful if anyone 
could suggest me what player can i use for this purpose?
